Secondly, It was developed during the end of the year 2015 and was constructed by Masteron which is a very famous company in the construction business and has a good reputation in it. After that It is a serviced based condominium and contains all the facilities to make it a world class development.
Moreover, Koi Prima is a lovely development and contains facilities and features that the residents of many developments only dream of having. There is a huge 1.5 acre park where the residents can enjoy the beautiful environment and breathe fresh air. Therefore, there is an outdoor Jacuzzi, a clubhouse, a snooker and gaming room, karaoke lounge and launderette facility as well. in additionally, The development also contains a beautiful café where the residents can spend some quality time. In conclusion, the residents can also enjoy themed gardens and Koi pond in the development.
